What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and resilient Teacher (0.6 FTE to join our dynamic and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged, and every child is valued.

The successful candidate will be motivated by the belief that every young person can achieve their potential. Whilst previous experience of working in a SEN environment is desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important. Experience of teaching learners with complex needs or experiential learning would also be of interest. Our young people have complex needs which can present complex emotional and behavioural needs which mean they need more support than most.
