What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified teacher who can support the delivery of Mathematics. You will work alongside the staff team to further develop a centre of excellence focusing on Engineering & Manufacturing along with Health & Life Sciences. Under the direction of the Curriculum Director, you will support the delivery of a range of qualifications.
These include GCSE Mathematics, Statistics and Further Maths and A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Level 3 Core Maths, and mathematical elements of the engineering curriculum.
You will be a highly skilled practitioner who understands the challenges of educating 13 -19-year-olds in an employer-led technology-rich environment. Effective partnership working is absolutely critical to the UTC's success. We also welcome applications from newly qualified teachers who have the skills and attributes to develop their expertise within our unique environment.
