What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years teacher to join our dedicated team. In our Early Years setting, children are supported to get the very best start to their education. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for working with younger pupils
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Can adapt provision to meet the varying needs of all children
- Works well as part of a team, especially alongside support staff
- Has high expectations and aspirations for all pupils
- Understands the importance of routines, boundaries and strong relationships
- Builds positive and trusting relationships with parents and carers
- Has QTS

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. Visas cannot be sponsored. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities for leadership responsibility. This could include leading Early Years, joining the leadership team, or taking on additional responsibilities such as leading Pupil Premium.
