You’ll be a key member of a founding team, helping to shape the vision, environment, and curriculum of the provision, while enjoying the stability, ethos, and support of an established and ambitious school. Your work will be deeply collaborative, child-led, and transformative—for the pupils and for you.

We are Looking For:

  • A passionate advocate for inclusion with strong SEND and SEMH knowledge
  • A calm, flexible practitioner who thrives in a creative, adaptive environment

  • A team player who values working closely with families, specialists, and colleagues

We Offer:

  • A rare chance to shape a new provision grounded in real, identified pupil need
  • A close, committed team with excellent leadership and peer support
  • Small group sizes and a high staff-to-pupil ratio
  • Comprehensive professional development and SEND-focused CPD
  • A whole-school culture that celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing

We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive school, and we warmly welcome applicants from all backgrounds who share our values of Respect, Joy, Honesty and Forgiveness.
