An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-qualified and experienced trombone teacher to join the school on a part time basis from September 2025. The appointed candidate will teach pupils, ranging from complete beginners to those of a high standard, the technique and musicianship required, offering encouragement, support and guidance as necessary. The role includes preparing appropriate pupils for Associated Board (or similar) music exams and preparing appropriate pupils for the practical component of GCSE and A Level examinations. The successful candidate would also be willing to teach the tuba.

Requirements
- Experience teaching trombone to a high standard
- Ability to prepare students for Associated Board, GCSE, and A Level exams
- Willingness to teach tuba
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
