Job Description

The highly successful Individual Learning Department is at the heart of this personalised support. We currently seek to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic Individual Learning Needs (SEN) Teacher to join the school on a full time or part time basis from 1 September 2025. Applications would be particularly welcome from candidates with a specialism in supporting neurodiverse students such as those with ADHD and autism. A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential; applications will be considered from professionals in other related fields. The post-holder will work alongside the experienced Individual Learning Coordinator (SENCO) to devise and deliver individual and group programmes to foster confidence and resilience in neurodiverse students and to provide training for teaching and non-teaching staff.

All staff are expected to contribute to the thriving extra-curricular programme on offer at the School.

The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience. Accommodation may be available for new staff in a local six-unit property.
