Job Description

It is a vibrant and friendly community of 810 girls and 250 teaching and support staff. Pupils' academic attainment is outstanding and they display a genuine love of learning.

The Deputy Head (Academic) will join the Senior Leadership Team to play a key role in the future development of this flourishing girls' school. The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience of senior leadership and will have the confidence and imagination to lead a creative approach to the curriculum, working with a dedicated and ambitious team of Heads of Department. Working closely with the Head and Senior Deputy Head (Pastoral) on a daily basis, the post holder will ensure that our pupils receive an inspiring and forward-thinking education which prepares them for a fulfilling professional and personal life.
