FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Receptionist/Attendance Officer. This is a permanent, part-time role during term time (plus 10 days) based in Hammersmith, London.

Job Description

[Employer hidden] is one of the country’s leading independent day schools for girls, located on a six acre site in Hammersmith, London. The School’s facilities are excellent, making it an exciting place to learn and work. The school seeks to appoint a Receptionist/Attendance Officer. The appointed candidate will be friendly and professional and they will embrace the ethos of the school community, warmly welcoming girls, parents and visitors to the school.

The Receptionist will be the primary contact for the majority of calls made to the school and as such they must have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to multi-task. Prior experience of having worked in a school is not required but would be advantageous. The post-holder will need to be first aid trained and this training will be provided by the school.

Working Hours

  • 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday
  • 10.00am to 5.00pm Friday
  • Term time including the complete week in which each term starts and ends
  • Additional 10 days each summer holiday when public examination results are published
  • Occasional work beyond usual end of day
