Salary: £33,012 - £34,428 per annum (inclusive of 4.5% split shift payment)

About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join its dynamic and close-knit catering team. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is renowned for its exceptional food and professional service. The catering team delivers a wide range of dining experiences—from high-volume cafeteria-style service to exquisite fine dining—for College members and external clients.
- Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week)
- Includes split shifts, evening and alternate weekend shifts on a rota basis
- Workload varies across the academic year, with exciting opportunities to cater for conferences, weddings, and special events

About You
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (minimum)
- Passionate about food and cookery
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food law and allergen information
