HR Administrator
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a proactive and well-organised HR Administrator to join our small and friendly HR and Payroll team. This forward-facing role provides varied administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and general HR operations. The successful candidate will bring excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and confident use of IT systems, including MS Office. You will work both independently and collaboratively, handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Previous administration experience is essential, and HR experience is an advantage, but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career in a supportive environment, with hybrid working available one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate HR and training records
- Providing first-line HR administrative support
- Liaising with staff, managers, and external training providers
- Supporting pension and payroll-related administration
Location, Salary & Contract

Salary: £28,463 - £31,219 per annum depending on experience
Position Type: Full Time (36 hours 40 minutes per week, consideration will be given to those wanting to work 30 hours worked over 5 days)
