Painter/Decorator

Working as part of a small and friendly skilled in-house maintenance team, the Painter/Decorator will be responsible for carrying out painting, decorating and associated work within the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
Location: Cambridge, UK. Salary: £34,936 per annum. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Vacancy
We are looking to recruit an experienced Painter/Decorator. Working as part of a small and friendly skilled in-house maintenance team, the Painter/Decorator will be responsible for carrying out painting, decorating and associated work within the College.
The ideal candidate will be a competent Painter/Decorator with experience of internal/external decoration within both domestic and commercial environments. Knowledge of historic and listed buildings is essential. You will have a proactive work ethic, the ability to problem-solve and take responsibility for operational tasks. The role will suit individuals who can work as part of a team and use own initiative, who communicate well and have meticulous standards. It is essential the postholder has a driving licence.
