Food Service Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to work within the busy Catering Department. Headed up by the Front of House Manager, the team delivers excellent food service to a variety of customers in a traditional environment. The postholder, alongside other permanent and casual catering staff, will contribute to delivering an efficient, timely and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of food service to customers
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policies
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Maintain a smart and well-presented appearance
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of relevant Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policies
- Willingness to learn

Additional Information

Salary: £28,875 per annum (inclusive of 4.5% monthly shift allowance)
Contract Type: Permanent
Position Type: Full Time (40 hours per week on shift rota, including evenings and alternate weekends)
