About the Role

We are recruiting a Front of House Manager with strong experience working within Front of House departments in the theatre, hospitality or visitor services industry. The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] welcomed nearly 400,000 audience members in 2025-2026, and our Front of House Manager is accountable for ensuring world-class customer service to all visitors of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. You will have excellent customer service and customer management skills, and a good Health and Safety ethos, as you will play an active role in the theatre's fire, security and emergency action plans.
