Job Summary

About the Role
We are recruiting a Front of House Manager with strong experience working within Front of House departments in the theatre, hospitality or visitor services industry. The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] welcomed nearly 400,000 audience members in 2025-2026, and our Front of House Manager is accountable for ensuring world-class customer service to all visitors of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. You will have excellent customer service and customer management skills, and a good Health and Safety ethos, as you will play an active role in the theatre's fire, security and emergency action plans.

We bring West End musicals, national companies, symphony orchestra season and high-profile tours. Our 150-seat Studio is dedicated to new ideas. We work with young people, deliver a UAL Level 3 Performing Arts course, and are the national home of Matthew Bourne's New Adventures' Cygnet School.
