Senior Fundraising Coordinator

Job Details

  • Reporting to: Head of External Relations
  • Location: London (hybrid) – 2 days per week in Bethnal Green office
  • Salary: GBP £45,074 (fixed salary grid, non-negotiable)
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
  • Start date: As soon as possible

About the Role

As Senior Fundraising Coordinator, you will lead the creation and delivery of fundraising strategy, develop partnerships with institutional donors, trusts, foundations, ethical corporates, and individual supporters. This role is part of the Fundraising and Communications team.

About You

  • Experienced fundraising professional with a proven track record managing a diverse pipeline
  • Confidence engaging with foundations, corporates, individuals, and major donors
  • Eager to implement CRM and digital tools
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills
  • Resilience and cultural sensitivity
