Salary: £8,672 - £9,238 per annum (pro rata) / Full-time equivalent £25,583 - £27,254

Employment Type: Part-time, Fixed Term Contract (initially until end of October, then permanent potential)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the leadership of two vibrant, inclusive and forward-thinking schools. We are looking for someone who is calm, efficient and able to manage a varied workload with confidence and discretion. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Executive Headteacher’s diary, appointments and meetings across both schools.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the Executive Head.
  • Monitor, update and maintain federation policies, ensuring compliance and version control.
  • Oversee the federation website, ensuring content is accurate, current and engaging.
  • Run and develop the federation’s social media accounts, promoting school achievements and key messages.
  • Organise Federation half termly Online Newsletter.
  • Liaise professionally with staff, governors, parents and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • Confidence using digital tools, including websites and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A flexible, positive and solution-focused attitude.
  • Experience in a school or education setting is desirable but not essential.
