About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a warm, inclusive and highly regarded one-form entry primary school at the heart of the St Michael's Village community in St Albans.

Rooted in strong Christian values and guided by the vision of “Life in all its fullness” (John 10:10), we provide a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to learn.

The school operates across a distinctive split-site setting, offering both opportunity and professional challenge. This requires clear communication, thoughtful organisation and visible leadership to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for all pupils.

  • Champion wellbeing, inclusion and high standards
  • Build confidently on the school’s many strengths
  • Lead future improvement with clarity and purpose
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Christian distinctiveness and nurture the school’s ethos

We Offer

  • A welcoming school with a strong Christian environment
  • A dedicated, experienced and supportive staff team
  • Well-behaved, enthusiastic children with a love of learning
