About the role

We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

• Provide clear, confident and strategic leadership
• Balance compassion and wellbeing with high expectations
• Champion inclusion and high aspirations for every child
• Lead improvement with energy, ambition and integrity
• Build strong relationships with families and the wider community
• Embrace innovation, including digital development

This role is suitable for an experienced headteacher or ambitious deputy ready for their first headship.
