With 18 brilliantly individual pupils on roll, we offer a highly personalised learning experience in an idyllic setting, surrounded by gardens, open fields and extensive outdoor learning spaces. The school is proud to be a Forest School, making full use of its grounds. The Interim Headteacher will provide clear and effective leadership to maintain high standards of teaching and learning and support the continued development of the school. This role is particularly suited to a highly motivated leader who thrives in a small school setting.

• A deep understanding of excellent teaching, learning and curriculum leadership, particularly within mixed-age classes
• A determination to increase pupil numbers to ensure the sustainability of the school
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate and support staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with all stakeholders
• Strong organisational and strategic thinking skills
• A clear commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and high standards for all pupils
