Job Description
Key responsibilities include fostering the Christian ethos, teaching and learning, professional development, resource management, and subject leadership. The post holder reports to the Headteacher.
- Christian Ethos: Create an environment that embodies the Catholic mission.
- Teaching and Learning: Plan, teach, assess and manage classroom behaviour.
- Professional: Participate in performance management, meetings, and CPD.
- Resource Management: Ensure effective use of materials and equipment.
- Specific Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a curriculum area (after ECT year).
