Job Description

The post holder will report directly to the Headteacher. Key responsibilities include fostering the Christian ethos, teaching and learning, professional development, resource management, and specific curriculum leadership. Full details are in the application pack.

  • Christian Ethos: Attend acts of worship, implement RE policy, ensure safe environment, foster relationships with community.
  • Teaching and Learning: Plan and deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, assess and report progress, set targets.
  • Professional: Contribute to team, participate in performance management, supervise support staff.
  • Resource Management: Manage materials and equipment effectively.
  • Specific Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a curriculum area, monitor standards, provide guidance to colleagues.
