Job Description

The Governors of our thriving and successful primary school are seeking an enthusiastic and committed class teacher to join our friendly and dedicated team on a fixed-term contract for one year. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is about to start their journey as a teacher or a candidate with teaching experience.

Requirements

We wish to appoint a committed and dedicated teacher who will:

• Make a full contribution to the Catholic life of the school and preferably, be a practising member of the Catholic Church
• Have high expectations for the learning, behaviour, safeguarding and well-being of the children and adults
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner who can motivate, inspire and have fun!
• Have a strong commitment to raising standards across the curriculum and lead a curriculum area
• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team in line with our school’s unique Mission Statement
