The pupils would like a teacher that is energetic, fun and can contribute to extra-curricular activities. The staff would like someone who can be an effective team member, inspire the pupils and motivate others. The leadership team are looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of how young people learn and can drive forward pupil progress and school improvement.
