Sales Manager (On Trade and Specialist Retail)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth of their luxury whisky portfolio across Scotland's on-trade and specialist retail sectors. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a competitive compensation package.
About the Company
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], Scotland’s Oldest Working Distillery, combines generations of distilling wisdom with contemporary mastery to create whisky moments. Located in an incredibly beautiful location, the hospitality business includes the Two MICHELIN Star Lalique Restaurant, a busy tourist attraction, and Aberturret Estate House.
About You
- Degree qualified (preferable) with proven experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent within spirits, wine or luxury FMCG.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering sales targets.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Confident brand advocate with experience presenting, training, and storytelling; passionate about whisky and premium spirits (WSET Spirits Level 2 desirable).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Scotland and to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
