The role involves providing exceptional guest service, handling ticket sales, managing passenger flow, and ensuring safety.

POSITION ASSIGNMENT
Please note this is a seasonal position until the end of September working on our Piers. You could at any time be working on any of our Pier locations, which include: Tower Millennium Pier, Westminster Millennium Pier, London Eye Waterloo Pier and Greenwich Pier.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers as prescribed in our RESPECT service system
- Ensure highest level of customer care
- Process pre booked Voucher and Trade customers accurately
- Deliver clear communication regarding service delays
- Troubleshoot discrepancies with customers’ tickets
- Respond to customer queries using knowledge of London and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products
Safety
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
- Participate in routine safety drills
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
- Manage visitor flow
Sales
- Work to meet Daily Revenue Targets
- Actively promote local and global products
- Strive to meet daily targets
- Account for cash handling and credit card payments
Administrative/Other
- Completion of pre-departure forms
- Full completion of daily logs
- Support special events
- Maintain uniform and grooming standards
- Be an Ambassador for RESPECT Service System
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services/customer facing role
- Customer Service orientated
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling
- Flexible can-do approach
- Intermediate Maths and English (A-C GCSE)
- Available to work shifts Monday-Sunday including bank holidays
- Able to work extended periods without sitting
Desirable
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to speak a second language
- Relevant industry qualifications
- Health & Safety knowledge or first aid qualified
