The role
To provide administrative and project support to the Estates team to enable the smooth running of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s extensive property portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Processing and calculating fees for temporary river works licences.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for property revenue and expenditure.
- Calculating and issuing indexed review notifications.
- Processing orders and invoices and maintaining the payment database system.
We are looking for someone with
- A good standard of education, with at least 5 passes at GCSE level including English language and mathematics.
- Excellent administrative skills, especially Excel spreadsheets and Word.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
