The role

To provide administrative and project support to the Estates team to enable the smooth running of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s extensive property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing and calculating fees for temporary river works licences.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for property revenue and expenditure.
  • Calculating and issuing indexed review notifications.
  • Processing orders and invoices and maintaining the payment database system.

We are looking for someone with

  • A good standard of education, with at least 5 passes at GCSE level including English language and mathematics.
  • Excellent administrative skills, especially Excel spreadsheets and Word.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
