This time I’m working for a Top [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], that needs to add Associates to their Private Equity Team and specialist M&A team, in their London offices.
About the roles
- Private Equity Associate: We are looking for top-tier candidates with 3 to 5PQE, high-quality experience in cross-border transactions and an outstanding educational background.
- M&A Associate: We are interested in 4 to 5PQE Associates with solid experience in Public M&A and stellar educational background.
Requirements
- E&W Qualified Solicitor or US Qualified Attorney.
- 3 to 5 PQE (We are looking for a High-quality experience)
- (For the M&A Role) MUST HAVE public M&A experience
