Customer Service Supervisor

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 45-hour per week shift pattern (3 days on, 2 days off). Salary: 32,000 GBP per year.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will supervise the retail sales and customer service delivery across the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] fleet. Ensure cabin crew staff deliver the Guest Experience in line with company standards and revenue budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • On the job training and supervision of cabin crew to ensure correct use of Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Ensure onboard facilities comply with health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing legislation.
  • Support staff in resolving issues and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Issue instructions daily, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Demonstrate best practice in sales and customer service techniques.
  • Observe and evaluate cabin crew performance; highlight training needs.
  • Supervise vessel preparation and cleanliness before departure and throughout service.
  • Supervise cabin crew in supporting boat crew.
  • Provide all service required as a member of cabin crew during each shift.
  • Audit paperwork and checklists to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Required:

  • Proven experience in Guest Services in a customer facing role.
  • Supervised a team.
  • Experience working with retail sales.
