About the Role

With a wide portfolio of projects varying in size and value, this role will support the Senior M and E Project Engineer and the Project Engineering Team within Estates Capital Projects at the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. The role ensures projects are delivered to high quality and meet relevant standards.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable relevant experience as a Clerk of Works within building infrastructure and/or construction projects
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering systems
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts and schematics
  • Recognised engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent)
  • Up-to-date understanding of UK Building Regulations, CDM 2015, BS 7671, HSAW Act 1974, COSHH
  • Strong multi-skilled technical ability including fault finding and problem solving
