About the Role
We are looking for a Operational Support Coordinator to join the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Enterprises team.
The Operational Support Coordinator (OSC) plays a key role in the effective planning, organisation and delivery of administrational functions across the Customer Experience and Commercial Operations directorate. Acting as the principal user of Staff Savvy (time and attendance system) the OSC has the core responsibility of programming front of house staff and leading on payroll processing and associated reporting.
Additionally the OSC supports the wider department through wider administrative tasks including minute taking, event coordination, procurement, office management and project support across filming and photography, Theatreworks and Tours. The OSC will also provide wider support for the Retail, Publishing and Visitor Experience teams as a flexible resource when required.
The OSC works proactively across various departments providing timely support and accurate and information to ensure the directorate runs smoothly. As such, and as the primary user of Staff Savvy managing rostering, payroll and personnel related reporting for 70 front line staff, attention to detail, a positive communication style and excellent team working skills are an essential part of this role.
Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and general administrative skills are essential
- Experience of rota management, payroll and reporting
- Ability to report and analyse financial and numerical data
- Excellent time management, planning, team working and organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to new information, procedures and customers
