Evaluation & Impact Coordinator
We are looking for a Evaluation and Impact Coordinator to join the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Learning Operations team.
The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery and quality assurance of evaluation across all Learning activities, ensuring consistent data gathering, analysis and reporting that supports the Learning Strategy, funding requirements and organisational learning.
The post will collect, analyse and coordinate data and insights across qualitative, quantitative, statistical and administrative fields.
Salary: £33,493.95

Requirements
- Excellent organisational and administration skills with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
- Understanding of data protection, consent and safeguarding principles.
- Experience in managing surveys at scale.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Experience of evaluation or research in education, culture or related field.
