About the Role

The role supports a wide range of live and upcoming projects, offering exposure to diverse areas of the business. The apprentice will handle new business enquiries from charities, not-for-profit organisations, and commercial clients, while developing strong working relationships with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], charitable bodies, and business partners.

As the first step into an insurance career, this apprenticeship is designed to build professional skills and workplace performance in a modern, industry-focused environment. Learning and assessment are closely aligned with real-world insurance practice, enabling the apprentice to apply knowledge directly to their role while working within insurance and regulatory frameworks.

On successful completion, they will achieve the CII Certificate in Insurance (Level 3).

• Department: Unity Insurance Services
• Base Location: Lancing, West Sussex (with Hybrid option)
• Term: 18 months with a view to permanent role on completion
• Salary: £11,648 - £20,748 per annum (National Minimum Wage for Apprentices)
• Hours: 35 hours per week (9am-5pm)
• Holidays: 28 days plus Bank Holidays
• Closing date: 31 May 2026
• Start date: September 2026
