The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for you to join the Chief Officer - Governance, Audit Service Manager, Internal Audit Team Leader and the wider Internal Audit, Risk and Corporate Fraud Team to provide excellent Internal Audit services to support [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s ambitions to deliver the best outcomes for its communities.
Working with the Audit Service Manager and Internal Audit Team Leader, you will contribute to the delivery of an excellent Internal Audit service. You will be professionally qualified, innovative and will be motivated to help support improvement across the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. You will be an integral member of Internal Audit, Risk and Corporate fraud team and will work with colleagues to drive a positive, risk aware and customer focussed culture.
Key Requirements
- Professional qualification in internal audit or related field
- Highly effective communicator and team player
- Demonstrable track record of achievement
- Ability to work on own initiative and with teams
- Analytical skills and political awareness
- Commitment to customer-focused public services
- Ability to build and develop relationships with internal and external partners
