Foundation Apprenticeship Coordinator
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Foundation Apprenticeship Coordinator in Musselburgh. This is a temporary, full-time hybrid role with a salary of £36,735 - £41,078 per year.

Hourly rate of pay: £20.13 - £22.51. Temporary until 30th June 2028. Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible start/finish times with flexi time. To start asap.
This post works closely with the Employability Development Officer and Team Leader to deliver and grow the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Foundation Apprenticeship portfolio. The Coordinator role within East Lothian Works is vital for coordination of Foundation Apprenticeships. Currently [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] manage 6 frameworks (Business Skills, Accountancy, Social Services Children & Young People, IT Software, IT Hardware, Scientific Technologies). This role coordinates the full life cycle from marketing to recruitment to sustaining participation, managing external contractors and completing qualification at SCQF Level 6.
The individual will be solution focused, proactive, with a passion for ensuring young people have quality experiences. They must be able to see and act on opportunities, communicate effectively, facilitate and be organised. The successful candidate will work at pace and manage a variety of priorities.

Job Requirements
- Relevant Qualifications: Educated to HND or degree level in a field related to sales and marketing, career development, education or employment, or equivalent experience.
- Driving Licence: Must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle (reasonable adjustments for disabilities considered).
- PVG Membership: This post is a Regulated Role with vulnerable children and/or protected adults under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020. Preferred candidates must become a PVG Scheme member or undergo an update.
- Overseas criminal record check required if spent more than 3 months working or living outside the UK in the last 5 years.
