Driver 1 (5/927) - Newton Stewart. To convey pupils to and from school and to undertake local bus service work along with other associated duties. A current PCV driving licence entitlement is an essential requirement of this post. Applicants should also hold a current Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (Driver CPC) qualification.
This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. From 28 February 2011, preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to formal offer of employment being made by [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. Applicants who have been resident outside the UK within the last 5 years will require a police record check.
