- Location: Riverbrae School, 2 Middleton Road, Linwood, PA3 3DP
- Salary: £9,123 - £9,799 per year
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Position Type: Part Time
- Hours: 15 hours per week (Term time, Monday–Friday 15.30–18.30)
Job Description
The successful candidates will have responsibility, at site level for the effective delivery of all aspects of the Soft FM service which includes building cleaning; catering; school crossing patrol; security; and any other related services. You will have a flexible approach to working hours and experience of working in a customer focused environment and be willing and enthusiastic to work as part of a team. It is desirable that you have previous Soft FM experience in a similar environment and have a willingness to undertake training.
Requirements
- Literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (desirable)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to work towards
