Head Vet

This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead continuous improvement of clinical standards and services, and to upskill colleagues. The role requires high clinical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision.   • Location: Portsmouth
  • Salary: Starting from £75k per annum
  • Working pattern: 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends

What we’re looking for

Our new Head Vet will be a key member of our surgery’s management team. We’re looking for someone with a high level of clinical expertise who is passionate about delivering outstanding care. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role with the drive and passion to deliver against a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring our team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence-based care.
