About the role

We are currently looking for a self-motivated Floor Manager who has the passion for fostering teamwork and delivering brilliant hospitality. This is an opportunity for a Floor Manager to work alongside our Restaurant Manager in delivering the exceptional operation of one of the most exciting and award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK. Responsibilities

• Create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community.
• Be responsible for 'Bringing it together' to help lead and drive daily operations within the restaurant.
• Support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team.
• Ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Requirements

• Good communication and people management skills.
• Confidence and ease of working in an attention to detail environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
