Bartender

About the role

We are currently looking for a skilled Bartender to join our bar team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]-in the South Downs. Our bars are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind. This provides the essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the bar by ensuring a creative service is provided to guests.
• Maintain the bar, making sure it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Develop beverage knowledge and stay up-to-date with current trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and skills to mix modern twists.
• Genuine interest in developing beverage knowledge and passion for trends.
