Responsibilities
- Experience all sections of the kitchen
- Keep to timescales and ensure preparation and delivery of all food meets high standards
- Cook meat and fish
- Prepare cold starters
- Support pastry service by sending out desserts
- Roll up sleeves and get stuck in where needed
Requirements
- Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie within a similar establishment
- Enthusiasm, knives and a bucketful of passion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen
