Receptionist

Salary: £12.71 per hour (OTE £13.86 per hour) | Hours: 21 hours per week, 4 month fixed term contract

About the role

The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible. As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail. Communication is key, as you will be required to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel. Experience within a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
