- Salary: £14.50 per hour (OTE £16.70 per hour including tronc)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days
- Type: Full-time
About the role

We use local suppliers within a 25-mile radius, our own homegrown kitchen garden produce and a bit of love to create our menus, which change all the time. Our Chefs are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience, creativity is what we do best.
Our chefs are chatty people, having constant conversations with the gardeners, local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers about what is available and what is in season.
Our kitchens are fast paced and energetic, which is what we look for in an individual. Come with enthusiasm, your knives and a bucketful of passion and we can help you develop the rest.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage one of our Pastry sections
- Responsible for junior staff on the section, requiring good people management skills
- Lead, teach and inspire apprentices as part of our award-winning apprenticeship programme
- Support a dynamic team with confidence and ability
- Experience opportunities across multiple properties and potential progression to Senior Pastry Chef de Partie or Head Pastry Chef roles
