Senior Sous Chef

About the role
Location: [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] near Bath, BS39 4NS. Salary: OTE equivalent of £49,000 PA including tronc based on 48 hours per week. (£19.68 per hour OTE). Hours: 40 hours per week, plus paid overtime.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen, managing one of the 4 sections.
- Provide new ideas for the menu.
- Manage health and safety, ordering, kitchen admin, and rotas.
- Lead, teach, and inspire the apprentices.
Requirements
- Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential.
- Previous experience managing a large team.
- Experience working with a regularly changing menu.
- Confidence and ability to support a dynamic team.
