Receptionist
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a customer focused Receptionist to join our front of house team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]-at Bridge Place, Canterbury. This full-time role offers a salary of £12.71 per hour (OTE £14.01 per hour including tronc).
Location: [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]-at Bridge Place, Canterbury, CT4 5BH
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week
About the Role
The front desk at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.
As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail. Communication is key, as you will be required to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.
Experience within a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
