Key Responsibilities
- Hunting down new funding opportunities across trusts, grants, corporates, and major donors
- Building rich prospect profiles and shaping a powerful major donor strategy
- Digging into CRM data to uncover trends, behaviours, and untapped potential
- Creating dashboards and reports that drive action
- Helping teams target smarter, engage better, and raise more
- Tracking campaign performance and turning insights into next steps
- Keeping ahead of sector insights, trends, and competitor activity
- Championing data quality, compliance, and best practice
What We're Looking For
- Experience in fundraising, nonprofits, or a similar insight-driven environment
- Confidence with CRMs, Excel, and visualisation tools like Power BI
- Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, compelling stories
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-team collaboration
- Curiosity, initiative, and a motivation to make work matter
