Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting down new funding opportunities across trusts, grants, corporates, and major donors
  • Building rich prospect profiles and shaping a powerful major donor strategy
  • Digging into CRM data to uncover trends, behaviours, and untapped potential
  • Creating dashboards and reports that drive action
  • Helping teams target smarter, engage better, and raise more
  • Tracking campaign performance and turning insights into next steps
  • Keeping ahead of sector insights, trends, and competitor activity
  • Championing data quality, compliance, and best practice

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in fundraising, nonprofits, or a similar insight-driven environment
  • Confidence with CRMs, Excel, and visualisation tools like Power BI
  • Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, compelling stories
  • Strong prioritisation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and cross-team collaboration
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a motivation to make work matter
