Community Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] (IET) is hiring a Community Manager in Stevenage with hybrid working. Up to £36,000 per annum, 12-month fixed term contract, full-time.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and support a portfolio of global technical communities and volunteers.
  • Build strong, inclusive relationships that encourage engagement and participation.
  • Develop and shape plans and priorities for your community portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate ideas and deliver community-led activity.
  • Support the growth of communities across different regions and audiences.
  • Coordinate committee activity, events, and resource planning.
  • Monitor performance and engagement, using insights to drive improvement.
  • Advocate for your communities, showcasing their impact and contribution.
