About the Role
As a Supervisor at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will contribute to the store's sales growth through commercial analysis, including footfall, conversions, and other key performance indicators. You will act as a role model by delivering exceptional customer experiences and help the team achieve high standards. Responsibilities include holding daily briefing sessions, supporting the team in the manager's absence, following cash handling guidelines, reviewing replenishment needs, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to sales growth through analysis of KPIs.
- Ensure team awareness of sales targets and performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a role model.
- Hold daily briefing sessions in Store Manager's absence.
- Support team in manager's absence.
- Follow cash handling procedures including till transactions.
- Ensure top sellers and new products are readily available and fully merchandised.
- Follow health and safety and security guidelines.
