This is a hands-on creative leadership role. As Lead Creative Producer, you’ll take ideas from spark to screen, directing talent, and producing highly talkable, social-first content that brings one of the world’s most innovative companies to life through a series of vertical formats. The role demands a master of platform-native storytelling, who is confident in getting the best from a broad range of talent, executing at pace and at scale to create engaging videos that drive conversations. - Build topline concepts into compelling videos that you lead through the entire production cycle, from outline, to pitch, development, pre-production, directing and edit producing. You will ensure creative excellence and client confidence throughout.
- Apply and evolve [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s most successful formats into branded content, making them work harder and travel further.
- Become an expert in the client’s product, learning and championing the abilities of the AI-powered technology, to build these into entertaining stories that will drive consumers to use and purchase.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the wider creative video team, providing clear direction and elevating the quality of ideas and execution.
- Act as the senior creative voice in client conversations, communicating the vision of the content and adapting it based on client feedback and social performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ideas are both ambitious and deliverable within fast-paced production timelines.
- Stay tapped into culture, platform trends, and audience behaviour to ensure all output feels current and competitive.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
- Significant experience in every stage of social video production, from development, direction and edit production, operating at a senior leadership level.
- Proven track record of developing standout branded content that is socially native.
- A clear understanding of how to balance a brand’s message in content that feels entertaining and editorial, rather than advertorial in tone.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and improving creative output.
- Desired experience working with established content formats and evolving them for different brands or audiences.
- Experience of getting the absolute best from directing a range of talent, from the world of TV, film, music and creators.
- Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders, both internally and client-side.
- Experience (or strong interest) in generative AI tools and how they can unlock new creative opportunities.
- Ideally, a track record of making content featuring tech products and consumer AI tools, humanising them through entertainment.
