About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Creative Director who is passionate about the creative possibilities of AI, and who can lead the development of standout, social-first branded content.
What the opportunity looks like
- Lead the creative development of branded content for a high-profile tech partner.
- Apply and evolve [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s most successful formats into partnership work.
- Oversee creative output across owned social channels.
- Own the end-to-end creative output.
- Shape and manage the idea pipeline.
- Champion AI-led storytelling.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the wider creative team.
- Act as the senior creative voice in client conversations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
- Stay tapped into culture, platform trends, and audience behaviour.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
- Significant experience within a social-first creative, editorial, or advertising environment.
- Proven track record of developing standout branded content.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience working with established content formats.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining execution.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience or strong interest in generative AI tools.
- Deep understanding of content performance across social platforms.
- Excellent writing and pitching skills.
- Comfortable balancing long-term direction with reactive content cycles.
