About the Role

Due to growth, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a conceptual sports-obsessed Senior Creative to lead creative ideation, strategy and execution for branded pitches and campaigns. You’ll need excellent creative skills, an understanding of youth culture, and commercial awareness.

What the opportunity looks like

  • Lead projects from briefing to delivery, working with the rest of the creative team
  • Develop strong social-first ideas and challenge briefs and strategies where necessary
  • Be a content specialist, understanding roles and production constraints of different content types (especially video)
  • Specialise in social-led activations but familiar with integrated campaigns (OOH to experiential)
  • Communicate and champion creative thinking and technical execution to clients
  • Oversee junior project teams to deliver their best work
  • Be detail-oriented when approving work with overall accountability
  • Understand how to brief craft specialists: Animators, Designers, Directors, Talent

Skills and experience we’d like you to have

  • Senior level creative experience in a social-led creative, marketing or advertising environment
  • Experience working on sports/betting clients and/or a real passion for this space
  • Practical craft skills as well as conceptual thinking
  • Experience in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of budgets, scope of work and realistic deliverables
  • Deep understanding of video/social content’s role in every project
  • Proven track record delivering commercially successful projects
  • Experience overseeing teams
  • Interest in youth culture, pop culture and social good
  • Ability to design pitch presentations in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides
