About the Role

We’re hiring for a Paid Media Manager to join our Client Solutions department

Reporting to the Paid Social Lead, you will be accountable for day-to-day campaign activation ensuring the set-up, design, delivery, optimisation, troubleshooting and evaluation meet our high standards. You will also have the opportunity to drive key projects to improve our business processes and contribute to product development initiatives alongside the Paid Social Lead!

This role offers the chance to expand your expertise across planning, activation, and product development which support impactful client pitches

What the opportunity looks like :

  • Lead day-to-day campaign activation across various sectors [Commercial, Surveys, LADnation Panel Recruitment, Tech]
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide campaign updates and troubleshoot issues
  • Implement full-funnel activations, performance activations and sophisticated measurement approaches alongside testing plans.
  • Researching & contributing to audience designs and optimisations across our entire audience suite (Skyrise, Permutive, LADNation, Platform engagers, Platform data etc)
  • Lead campaign reporting, measurement, and test/learn strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes, translating them into strategic recommendations.
  • Manage campaign performance against benchmarks across formats and platforms.
  • Knowledge-share through presentations to internal teams to improve understanding, processes and output quality.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have

  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager with expertise across all social media platforms (Meta, TIktok, Snapchat, Insta, Google Ads).
  • A track record in developing and executing progressive digital strategies for clients.
  • A deep understanding of the media landscape and a keen eye on emerging platform opportunities.
  • A test and learn mindset, with a genuine interest in uncovering opportunities for campaign performance growth.
  • A proven problem-solver, able to proactively spot potential problems, and reacting to issues when they do arise.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and drive campaign success through clear communication and strategic thinking.
